SHIPPING POLICY

I am proud to use Royal Mail as my main delivery chain. On occasion, I may book in with a courier if necessary due to size / weight restrictions. The couriers I most regularly use are: DPD, TNT, Hermes and DHL. If you have a preference on delivery method please do contact me!

UK Shipping is currently charged at £2.95 on all orders under £50, and is free on any order over £50. 

If you are an overseas customer and see something you would like - please do contact me for a shipping quote. I am very experienced at posting delicate items all over the world, and am always happy to help!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Dont worry if you've changed your mind! I gladly accept returns, on all non-bespoke items, as long as the item is in perfect unused condition. Please make sure your item is returned to me within 28 days. I am certain you will love your new goodies, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, just let Mama Brighten Up know and I will have a smile back on your face before you know it! 


As I handmake my own lampshades to your specific order, I do ask that you be certain to measure very carefully before placing your order, to avoid mistakes. I do not keep these shades 'in stock', so please please do ask if you aren't certain how to measure.

Any return postage costs, are the buyers responsibility, unless by prior arrangement with myself.

Items must be packed carefully in their original packaging. Please let me know if you are sending something back to me so that I can expect it. Once it arrives back to me and has been checked over, I will issue a refund back to your original payment method.

Please make sure you put all your details in the box including your name and order number. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your refund and/or credit note.

If your order has been damaged on its way to you, please let me know as soon as you can!  This is so I can contact the courier and send you a replacement. Please note I will require pictures of the damage and packaging, so that I may follow this up with the courier.
